We've recently introduced image integration in notes! This allows you the ability to incorporate pictures within any note or note template, providing a comprehensive depiction of any record. For instance, during a customer onboarding session, screenshots of problem areas or queries about their current system can be included. Alongside any image, captions can be added, and you have the flexibility to adjust size, alignment, and arrangement at your preference.
This new feature transforms documentation by allowing you to embed images directly within your notes, providing enhanced visual context. By integrating images, you can:
